Upgrade auf 175 MBit wird abgelehnt obwohl laut Verfügbarkeitsprüfung verfügbar

vor 5 Jahren

Ich habe vor Kurzem auf VDSL 100 gewechselt in den Tarif DeutschlandLAN IP Start Premium gewechselt. Laut Verfügbarkeitsprüfung ist jedoch an meinem Standort Magenta XL 175 verfügbar. Warum kann ich partout nicht die höhere Geschwindigkeit kaufen?

Ich könnte sofort durch einen Klick einem zweiten Anschluss mit dieser Leistung buchen! Nur die Tarifänderung wird abgelehnt.

    Hallo @frank96,

    herzlich willkommen in unserer Community.

    Ich habe soeben geprüft ob VDSL 175 an deinem Anschluss möglich ist, leider ohne Erfolg
    Auch ein Neuanschluss lässt sich an dem Standort mit dieser Bandbreite nicht buchen.
