SMS: Versand und Empfang unfunktioniert nicht

Guten Tag,

Ich habe seit zwei Wochen ein Huawei p20.

Leider funktioniert die SMS Funktion weder im Versenden noch im Empfang.

Leider bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung beim Versuch anhand von MMI Code auf die Telefoneinstellungen zuzugreifen. Daher kann ich auch nicht testen, ob die SMSC korrekt ist oder angepasst werden muss.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Hallo @LME,

auf Anhieb habe ich noch keine Lösung parat, aber hinterlegen sie bitte mal Ihre Daten hier http://bit.ly/Kundeninfos im Kundenprofil und geben mir Bescheid, dann schaue ich mir das an.
