Hallo,

ich habe seit Oktober 2023 einen Prepaid 5G -Jahrestarif. Dieser wird aktuell als Aktionstarif mit dauerhaft 8 GB - Datenvolumen im Monat angeboten. Ich würde als Bestandskunde auch gerne dauerhaft von dem doppelten Datenvolumen profitieren.

Kann ich in den Aktionstarif wechseln? Was muss ich hierzu tun, z.B. den Jahresbetrag zusätzlich aufladen?
