eSIM profile deleted

Hello guys,

 

So I made a stupid mistake. Fröhlich

 

It's prepaid sim card

 

I converted my physical sim to esim, and then tried to "convert" it back by deleting esim profile on my phone. As you already know, it's not working like that... I just learned it hard way. Fröhlich

 

Now I'm stuck without any option to get any codes by sms.

 

I tried to reorder the new physical sim, and just after that I saw option to get the new esim profile in case you are changing tour device. Which I also "ordered".

 

It has been few days, I didn't recieve new sim by post, nor i recieved qr code for esim by the mail.

 

Is there any possibility to reslove this without going to the telekom store?

Btw. This is my first time using telekom, and since I was satisfied with it, I bought the new sim just so I can use it till I'm waiting for the old one Fröhlich

      Thank you guys.

       

      So, since I deleted esim profile, I can no longer use my telekom number, that's the reason you are unable to reach me.

       

      Today I got the new physical sim from telekom via post, but I'm unable to register it because they are sendig mTAN to the deleted number. This looks like never ending loop...

       

      Is there any option to get the esim profile via email so I can register my new physical sim? I'm unable to recieve anything to the phone number...

      Hello @rejzorba ,

       

      in this case, a visit to a Telekom store will help.

       

      I can also send you a new SIM, but only via post after you have been verified.

      We would need to send an SMS Tan to you too in order for us to provide you with an eSIM.

       

      The Telekom store can help you out directly.
