So I received an email saying I have a bill for 40 euros and I haven't been with Telecom for a couple years now. What due i do?

So as stated above I received an email from Telecom that I owed 40 euros in an email. Qhen I looked at what the bill is for all it said was for a landline bill and I've never had a labdline. Just a internet service and mobile phone number. I haven't been with Telecom for almost 3 years and have tried to get a hold of them by phone and email but no reply.

      thank you for the pleasant call and again big sorry for contacting you at this early hour (for you at least).
      Like discussed, I will be awaiting your documents and cancel your contract immediately afterwards.
