Guten Tag ,

warum wird man von der Telekom gezwungen , eine App für das Email Kundencenter zu nutzen?!

Ich will keine extra App, ich habe ein großes Tablet , das reicht mir. Man kann den Kunden wenigstens diese kleine Selbstentscheidung lassen, über den Browser ins Center zu gelangen .

Wo bitte ist das Problem ?
