Keine Mails mehr in eienem bestimmten Zeitraum

Hallo,

 

alle meine Mails im Zeitraum 04.07. - 04.12.2023 sind verchunden. Wollte heute auf einen mail anworten die die im Dezembe bekommen habe. Leider keine Mail mehr vorhanden. Sowohl im Laptop als auch auf dem martphone. Was kann ich machen?
