Nach IP-Umstellung - keine ankommenden Emails

Seit IP Umstellung (alte Komfort Konto storniert, Magenta angelegt) kommen kein neu Emails. Der Email Konto existiert noch. Ich kann mit Telekom Email WebApp anschauen aber neu ankommende Emails sind blockiert. Koennen Sie mir bitte hilfen?
