Negativliste Spamschutz Plus speichert nicht

Der versuch die Negativliste Spamschutz plus(Mail M gelingt nicht) die zum Eintrag vorgesehene Email-Adresse kopiert, in die Negativliste durch einfügen eingetragen, geentert, ihre "Negativliste(1)" an, speichern. Soweit richtig glaube ich. Denkste die Negativliste bearbeite öffnen, welch Überraschung die Anzeige "Ihre Negativliste(0). Hilfe, im Moment werde ich zugespammt und als Spam melden bringt ja wohl nichts? danke

    Versuche einmal Folgendes: deaktiviere "E-Mails von Kontakten aus meinem Adressbuch immer empfangen", bevor Du einen neuen Eintrag in Deine Liste hinzufügst, danach aktivierst Du es wieder.

    Habe es gleich mal probiert, einmal deaktivieren reichte aus, jetzt läuft es hervorragend.
    Danke für diese Antwort.

    Das Problem besteht weiterhin. Es gibt selbst in der Telekom App (egal welche app der Telekom) keine Einstellungsmöglichkeiten den Spam Einhalt zu bieten. Das Problem gibt es seit Anfang an.

    Beispiel: siehe Anhang.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
