QSYNC und Windows 11 läuft nicht bei Outlook 2016

Hallo Zusammen, habe mir einen neuen Rechner mit W11 (Vorinstalliert) zugelegt. Leider läuft Qsync-Plus nicht mehr mit Outlook 2016. Das Qsync-Plus Programm wird nicht gestartet und gibt auch keinerlei Fehlermeldungen preis.

Auf meinem alten W10 Rechner lief alles ohne Probleme
