T mobile app

Hi, meine t mobile app funktioniert nicht mehr. Wenn ich mich einlogge mit den Daten, die im Browser funktionieren, kommt der Fehler1002 und der entsprechende link funktioniert nicht. Neuinstallation hilft nicht.

      Hi Mathias, grade noch mal mit ein paar anderen Kollegen gesprochen. Der Fehler ist wohl bekannt und die Entwickler arbeiten an einer Lösung. Es gibt auch noch einen möglichen Workaround: https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/E-Mail/Telekom-Mail-App-Fehler-1002/ta-p/3757541 Probier das bitte auch noch mal aus. Wenn das auch nicht hilft, müssen wir auf ein App-Update warten.
