100er VDSL synct immer schlechter

Hallo,

meine 100er VDSL Leitung synct über die letzten Monate immer schlechter. Anfangs waren es noch über 116 Mbit, jetzt kommen noch knapp über 60 Mbit an. Kann das allein von mehr aufgeschaltenen Nachbarn kommen?
