7mb/s instead of 100mb/s

Hello, i have the 100mb/s tariff, but last 2 month i have 7mb/s maximum. I check diagnostic page in telekom site and saw, that they repair somthing, but i think it`s nonesens, becouse "repairing" has been going on minimum 2 month
