Accidentally signed a Haustür Vertrag

Hi everyone,
I commented on a post about this yesterday but I will also make one here and so sorry for posting in english but it's the best way I can describe what happened.
Yesterday two Ranger employees knocked on my door telling me about changing the line connections to the building. They were quite aggressive and I unfortunately gave my IBAN number and signed on their tablet. I have received a "vorvertraglichen Pflichtinformationen" PDF file per SMS. I have not received any "Auftragsbestätigung" yet so I don't have any Kundennummer or Auftragsnummer. I also sent a message to the salesperson requesting that he send me a Widerrufsformular to cancel the abgeschlossener Vertrag. He told me he will send it per Email today as yesterday was not possible. Unfortunately I don't trust his words. I have also sent an email to widerruf@telekom.de with the Muster-Widerrufformular from the vorvertraglichen Pflichtinfo PDF (with a different email address). Could anyone please help me with this?
Also I will be travelling away in tomorrow for 3 weeks so I cannot wait for this Auftragsbestätigung to arrive.

Fill your profil here..with telefonnumber and times for making telefoncalling...
.and know your IBAN for identification..
A teamie will help you..

Thank you. I have completed it.
(Edit) Would it be fine if I gave the first 2 and last 6 digits of my IBAN number? I don't usually give the whole number for security purposes.

However, in the meantime, what should I do to make sure that my current Internetanbieter doesn't cancel/transfer my contract to Telekom?
(EDIT) I forgot to mention that I haven't received any confirmation from widerruf@telekom.de that they have received my Email to them.
