Good morning,
As you can see in the image below, the speed dial buttons for internal participants are only displayed in grey at some workstations, and you can't call them either; nothing happens. A small screenshot without names is attached.

Hi @TSV-HH,
this looks like a workstation issue or a network device (firewall) blocks certain traffic.
Some test you can do:
You can test to connect to internet via mobile hotspot.
Reinstall the app.
