Do you already have the access data? You should have received these. VLAN ID is 7

You can order the access data online if they are not available:

https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/festnetz/zugangsdaten-bestellen

Or you can get them by phone from customer service (08003301000) by E -Mail and SMS or have it sent by post.

I cannot connect to the Internet because it is asking for the connection ID and access number

If your subscription is set up with „EasyLogin“ which shall be default for new contracts just fill in anything in those fields. But don’t forget to select VLAN ID 7 in vlan tagging section of your router internet access screen.
