I would like to ask if it is possible to change the internet package. Because it is quite expensive Or is there a promotion that I can change?

      If the minimum contract period of 24 months has expired, this is then possible.

      To do this, log in to your customer center and go to “Change tariff”

       I already canceled and got an email confirmation since July that my cancel will be October but this bill on November still have it

      What exactly is on the invoice? Maybe it's retroactive. What is the billing period?

      Ok. It actually says the whole of November. The cancellation confirmation is unclear, so I don't recognize the date. @Timur K.  has to take a look
