Seit einem Stromausfall am 5.6.18 geht unsere Telefonanlage Octopus F100 nicht mehr. Ich habe die Anlage von der Telekom gemietet.

Es kommt kein Techniker, nach fast drei Wochen ohne Telefon ist meine Geduld fast am Ende. Aber wer kann mir helfen?
