Can I cancel my Telekom 'Vertrag' due to medical reasons?

Hi everyone,
I don't feel comfortable yet in my German and DeepL does make mistakes sometimes so I decided to use English instead.
I wanted to know if it's possible to cancel my Telekom Vertrag due to medical reasons?
Or is this judged by a case-to-case basis?

In principle, there is no special right of termination. But only the team can decide, depending on the medical case.
You don't have to mention that here in the public forum.

Please enter the best time to reach you in the third window under further information. The team is here every day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

A little patience, the @Telekom hilft Team will come to you by phone.
How long has the contract been running? If the minimum contract period has expired (24 months), you can terminate the contract at any time, daily, with a notice period of 1 month.

At the bottom right, click on the "Cancel contract" button.

Hi @ramadanhasani,
as @Marcel2605 already said, there is no right for special termination because of medical conditions. And it would really need to be a very, very special case in which we could even think about.
But I can not say for sure, that you case is not special, so I wanted to call and talk about it. Unfortunately I was not able, because I need a contact number in your profile.

I think I understand. In that case, I am wondering if I can change my plan to such a degree where I just pay a bit less per month.
