Cancel contracts

Hello,

 

I have three contacts in Telekom.

One is for internet and landline connection, another is for magenta tv and the third one is for mobile phone. I would like to keep for a few months more the mobile phone contract only to take care some procedural stuff that may require an SMS for 2-FA or people from other services who are trying to contact me etc...

 

The other two I would like to cancel them, because I am leaving Germany.

 

I have the paper of deregistration from the city hall.

      Hello again,

       

      For the equipment (modem/router, tv box) should I go to a telekom store and give them back or will I receive an email with shipping labels?

      You can obtain the return slip by stating your customer number and zip code at https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/miete/

      Hello again,

       

      Thank you all for your valuable and immediate help.

      I managed to cancel the landline and tv successfully and returned the devices (router+tv box), but for the mobile even though I tried two times to cancel it seems that it does not cancel.

      Do I do something wrong?
