genaugenommen schon, es gibt keinerlei Formvorschriften für einen Widerruf, es muss lediglich dem Vertragspartner erklärt werden, wenn es hart auf hart kommt würde es theoretisch so genügen, das Profil ist ja zu 100 % befüllt, der User ist also Kundendaten zuzuordnen.
Darauf ankommen lassen würde ich es allerdings nicht 😉

So Do I have a contract?
But then that may be outside the 14 day window. I was in the WhatsApp chat and told they mailed me a letter saying i needed to pay a 280 euro deposit in order to complete the contract. The technican is suppsoed to arrive on Monday. So Do I have a contract?
so lange du die 280 € nicht zahlst kommt mMn kein Vertrag zustande, und auch die AB erhält man erst nach der Zahlung der Sicherheitsleistung
