Cancel prepaid contract online and take number with me to another provider

I have a prepaid SIM from Telekom and wish to cancel this contract and take the phone number to a new provider. I wish to do the cancellation online and not via Phone 2202 (that nobody answers anyways).

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Just simply go and follow the steps on https://telekom.de/kuendigen

Your new provider may also do this for you automatically once you choose to take the phone number with you.

Why should nobody answer when calling 2202 from your phone?

    Dear MRFelixKruemel,

Thank you for your reply. However, this was not useful a tall, since I do not see an option on the online page for how to mention that I want to keep my number. If you could make snapshots of your screen (step-by-step) how to do it from beginning to end, that would be really helpful.

As far as your 2202 service, I am not the one to have an answer to your question.

    Best regards,

    Jovana

    Hello @y01a

I can do that for you. You just have to fill your profile, and I'll to the cancellation to the next possible date, and also notice that you want to transfer your phone number to another provider.

    Regards
    Karsten L.
