How can I cancel prepaid contract and take number with me to other provider?

Sorry, I've spent half a day on telekom site trying to request contract termination with taking number with me.
I've found money return form, contract termination form w/o checkbox "take number with me", but I failed to found "terminate contract an take my number with me" form.
So, please can someone help me with this.
(I already have a contract and phone from another provider, and I want to terminate my telekom prepaid contract and take my telekom number with me to new provider)

    Hi @igor375  have to set an "opt in" for transfering your number to the new provider! You can set it about the service hotline or here!

    You can reach the service hotline under 2202 from your mobile phone or under 0800-3302202 from every phone! Or complete here your profile and wait for a temai!
