Cancellation of Installation

Hi,

 

I was sold a 100 Mbps plan with the wrong information. I was supposed to receive 100 Mbps fiber optics but I got to know that Fiber optics is not available in my area. I would like to cancel the plan or at least I should have 250 Mbps speed.

 

Could you please tell me how can I cancel the plan?

      Then you can only get out of the contract by terminating it at the end of the term. Unfortunately there is no other option.

      Where I can complain about this issue because this is not fair now I am getting less speed and paying more money.

      You have a 100 Mbit/s line and you only pay for that.

      Or do you have a 250 Mbit/s line and only 100 Mbit's arrive? Then you should report a problem.

      The problem here is, I have 500 mbps with vodafone for 44 euro. Then, person came from Telekom told me we have 100 mbps plan with fiber optics which is not correct.

       

      I confirm with Telekom service point.  It straight forward lying to the customer to get the plan subscribed. There should some ways to complain because it is cheating.

      Fiber connections cost almost the same as DSL connections.
      You dont get more speed with a 100 mbps fiber plan than a 100 mbps dsl plan.

      So I dont get it really.
      If you are after the 14 days you can´t cancel it.
