I would like to cancel the contract application for my landline, I am not able to pass the pre-recorded messages that are in German, to my shame I am new here and cannot speak Deutsch at a sufficient level for the moment.

How may I reach someone at Deutsche Telekom who speaks English as well to claim my cancellation request?
