Hi,
I missed my first installation with the technician to set up my router when I was called in to work early on my appointment date. I've tried to call the number on the slip he put in my mailbox but it's the German speaking line. They gave me the number for the English line 08003301080, but upon looking it up online as recently as 7 months ago it no longer functions. When I call the number it hangs up after 8 seconds. I've also tried the Ask Magenta chat to no avail as it would not connect with a representative. I would just like to get my router set up so I can stop using the hotspot on my phone. Would anyone be able to help me?
