Cant view invoices, have to login as contract holder

I have an internet contract with Telekom and I have problem viewing my invoices in the Telekom website. After I login with my email and password on the Telekom website, I keep getting this message that says "only the contract holder can view invoices" in the invoices section. By the way, I AM the actual contract holder. What should I do to be able to view my invoices after I login to my account?

I also receive monthly emails from Telekom to my email containing a link to my invoices, but when I click on them and login to my account, I get the same error (have to be contract holder).

      Can you see your internet contract there?

       

      In this case the Telekom-hilft-Team should assign the Vertragsinhaber-Login/ Masternutzer to your login.

      Unfortunately only mobile phone contracts can be added to an existing account. Therefore you have to create a new account for the landline contract.

      Thanks, for registering the new account I am required to provide my Telekom landline number, do you know from where can I get my Telekom landline number? is it something mentioned in the contracts? because I could not find it in my current account.

      Your can find your landline number on the order confirmation (Auftragsbestätigung) for example.

      Otherwise the Telekom-hilft-Team can call you and help you.
