CHARGED €64.18 when my landline contract is €19.95. Please help

I started a contract with Telekom on the 9th of January 2025, a month ago. I was given a print copy of my contract and the charges was €19.95 for the first 6 months. This morning, I just saw that Telekom tried to debit me for €64.18. Why so?

I only have a contract for internet and my receipt says €19.95. I initially had a complain at the office because my internet wont work. However I went back home and managed to get it working. On the 28th of January, I got an email that a technician is coming to my address. The internet was well working, I told him that on his arrival and he said it’s a routine check and he needs to do activate my internet if not I won’t have service the next month. I am hoping that the extra charges on this is not for the visit. This is such a dishonest transaction. I’m charged €44 more than my contract stated in my first month. Can someone please resolve this please

      There may be an installation fee billed with the first invoice.

      Perhaps log into your Telekom account and check the invoice document for details.

      Provision costs are always charged for a new tariff. The provision costs are: €69.95.
