Continuous Invoice for Terminated Rental Contract

Hi,
I terminated my rental contract from Telekom when I moved to a new address but I am still getting charged every month. When I contacted them in WhatsApps, they confirmed that I do not have any active contract and that I am still being charged for the monthly costs. The router has been returned a long time ago but I could not find the return receipts anymore. What should I do to stop the invoices?

Somehow very common issue. Why didnât you keep it? At last you need to proof your return. Maybe it can be still sorted out.
