Continuous Invoice for Terminated Rental Contract

Hi,
I terminated my rental contract from Telekom when I moved to a new address but I am still getting charged every month. When I contacted them in WhatsApps, they confirmed that I do not have any active contract and that I am still being charged for the monthly costs. The router has been returned a long time ago but I could not find the return receipts anymore. What should I do to stop the invoices?

I could not find the return receipts anymore

Somehow very common issue. Why didn’t you keep it? At last you need to proof your return. Maybe it can be still sorted out.

@Sarah-2024 Thank you for the call. I just found out, that the cancellation was not finalized in the database, which is why you continued to be charged. I will have this corrected, and the charged base fee will then be credited.
