Contract Cancellation

Hello,
My employment contract with my employer has ended and I am required to move out of Germany before 15th November, 2019. What is the process to cancel my broadband contract and are there any extra charges that needs to be paid for thi scancellation. I also have a rented Router; how and where do I return it. Thanks for yoyr help.

Hello and thanks for your support. I have a relieving letter from my company and my flight ticket, will it be good enough or do I need the town deregistration? Deregistration is allowed only 1 week before departure, I will have it next week.

we would need the document you get from deregistration.
After we get the document, we can cancel your contract relatively quickly, so you don't have to pay as much as you would have by canceling it normally.
