Contract cancelled but keep getting charged

I have cancelled by internet since I moved out of Germany in *July*. I got charged around 31 euros in August, and now another 6.95 in September. There was no explanation on the email as to why I was being charged. I don't even have a German bank account anymore, so this last payment won't go through. The contract was terminated, so I don't have access to any information on the payments anymore, and I cannot change the billing address or get in touch in any other way online. Help?

Might that be any devices like Router or similar?
They would not have been cancelled when cancelling the contract

Did you also cancel the router rental agreement respectively did you return a router?

Sounds like a device, like a speedport router or similar.
You find it on the page 2 of your bill.
