Hello,

I have a Telekom contract in Berlin that should end in September 2025.

In May 2025, I received a phone call from Telekom, and I was told that I would get more internet without any changes. (was a bonus for my street)

However, afterwards I received an email confirmation (which I only noticed later), and I saw that the contract start date and end date were changed.

This means my contract now runs longer, which I never agreed to.I kindly ask Telekom to correct this and return my contract to the original end date of September 2025.

Can someone help me?
