While applying for an internet service, I left the page before completing the process and without accepting any terms or contracts. Despite this, a customer account was created in my name, and money was withdrawn from my bank account without my consent weeks later.
I have never received any contract, confirmation email, SMS, or written notification. At no point did I give explicit approval or enter into a valid agreement. Therefore, this charge and the account creation are unauthorized and unlawful.
I am requesting that this issue be investigated, the service/account created in my name be immediately canceled, the full amount refunded, and a written explanation be provided regarding how this account was created and charged without my explicit consent.
