Contract Termination - moving abroad

Hi,
I have a Magenta Home L connection and my contract period ends on 25th July 2023. I will be moving aborad in the next few months (date yet to be final), and want to plan a cancellation of the contract without incurring any charges. I own the router. Please guide on my following queries -
1. I understood that the contract automatically gets renewed for 1 yr. How can one pre-terminate this contract without any charges (I will move out of Germany).
2. What is the notice period to be given for termination?
3. How can one terminate the contract?

After 24 Months the contract will be renewed each month, you can cancel it at any time after the 24 Months run out.
The cancellation will then take place at the next month's period (eg. 25 August / 25. Sept. / 25. Oct. / ....).

I dont really know what you mean by that.

Thank you the clarification and responses (also, for your kindness to respond in English). I understood :
1. I can canel anyday after completion of my 24 month contract, provided I give a 1 month notice.
2. I can cancel my landline, internet by requesting at the following link https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/festnetz/kuendigung-festnetz
I will plan accordingly.

es gehen auch alle Dati dazwischen, nicht nur jeweils der 25. des Monats

as has already been written here, you can terminate your contract as normal. It will not be automatically extended by 1 year.

No. German law has changed that.
You can cancel on any day and one month from that date the contract will be terminated - once the minimum duration of 24 months is through.
But in your case - moving abroad - you would also have an execptional cancellation reason, with the same one-monnth period to stop be contract. On the downside of the exceptional way is that you need to give a prove that what you claim is correct.
