Contract termination

Dear Sir or Madame,

I hope this email finds you well.

Since February I moved from my previous flat and cancelled my account, but I still receive the debit from Telekom on my bank account. I'd like to know what's the status of my Telekom account, whether it has been closed or if additional documents/actions are needed from my side, and whether/where I need to return the router.

    I trust tried to call you, but didn't "meet" someone. The contract termination can be done here. If you want to call, just let us know when you are available and fill in the actual callback number in your profile.

    Thank a lot for your fast reply. Phone is always a bit tricky on working hours.

    Very quickly, do you see my account and internet connection still open? Because Symbox was supposed to take care of the termination procedure already in February
