a way for me to take over the contract

My ex-partner and I lived at the same address in Berlin for one year, but signed a two year contract with Telekom under her name.

She moved to a new address. We were not married or registered civil partners -- just living together.

We would like to find a way for me to take over the contract so it can be transferred to my account. How can we do this?

Thank you very much for your message and your post in our community. In this case, it’s not possible to transfer the contract; only the phone number can be transferred. 

 

She’ll need to either transfer the contract or cancel it, and you’ll then need to sign a new contract with us on your own. I’d be happy to help you with that if you add your contact information to your profile. 🙂
