Hey

I am moving into a new apartment and my current contract plan is not available there. So I've been given the option of special termination. But since I am living in a WG, I was thinking to just transfer the contract to my room mate who has been living at this adresse for atleast 12 months. 

TLDR; 

1. End the contract, my room mates get a new contract
2. Transfer it to my room mates.

Is the transfer actually possible in this case, or only point 1 stands?
