hello,
I currently have my service through the Spangdahlem Air Base store. In March, I requested to shut my service off for 6 months starting April until October. I see I am being charged for service that I paid to shut off. I agreed to shut off my cellular and WiFi service. I am questioning what the issue is, why am I being charged, and will I receive money back?

A fixed line contract cannot be put on hold. (It is however possible to block and hence prevent others from using the connection)
A mobile network contract can be put on hold for up to 6 months, while this leads to a prolongation of the contract by this (up to six months) period. However it depends on the issues and circumstances whether Telekom will agree to do so.
You may want to fill the forum profile with customer number and phone number under that you can be reached - pls do use the link provided in my footer (only in such way a Telekom employee can identify who you are)
