Defekte Fernbedienung Mediareceiver 401/201

Fernbedienung vom Mediareceiver 401/201 ist defekt. Bei beliebigem Tastendruck schaltet sich die Mediathek des jeweiligen Senders ein. Die zum zweiten Mediareceiver gehörige Fernbedienung arbeitet normal.

Auffällig ist, dass bei der defekten FB die Batterien schon einmal gewechselt werden mussten und schon wieder einen kleinen Spannungsabfall zeigen, während die intakte FB noch mit dem ersten Batteriesatz läuft.

Ich bitte Sie, mir eine Ersatz- FB zuzusenden.

    Hallo @Hopper06, schön, dass ich Sie in der Telekom hilft Community begrüßen darf.

    Ich denke, die Fernbedienung sollte zunächst zurückgesetzt werden. Wie dies funktioniert, wird auf Seite 44 der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben. Sollte der Fehler danach weiterhin bestehen, unterstütze ich Sie gerne beim Austausch. Befüllen Sie dazu einfach Ihr Profil mit Ihren Kundendaten und geben mir anschließend hier eine Rückmeldung.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
