Discrepancy in bill

Hi Team,
Hope you are doing well. I'm writing this email with regards to the discrepancy in the money that was deducted from my account. I have recently moved to a new place and have opted for the relocation service. I can see I've been charged incorrectly for the installation and relocation. There is an additional 75 euros added to my bill which I don't understand. Could you please look into this?
At the moment I'm in the learning phase of German and would appreciate if I get a call back with someone who speaks English.

Did you find a separate item on your invoice mentionning the additional amount of 75 Euros?
If so, plse. write down this item here.

I had ordered a relocation service and was intimated that it would cost about 58 euros which is item number 6.
On the day of installation, there were delays with the technician and he could not make it that day and I had to call the customer service . The technician came the other day and started the internet.
I really just had ordered for the relocation service as I had moved to another apartment.

There is an additional 75 euros added to my bill which I don't understand.
In case the technician installs the router or other HW or configures SW within you private network this is item 7.

First item is the relocation flat fee, second item is for any kind of installation service that the Telekom technician did on-site (like setting up your router, as @falk2010 already mentioned).

To be Honest, I do not know what he did exactly, there was a device missing and he installed a new one in the apartment.
And then he checked the router that's all.

That's not enough for 75€ 😁
