I am considering becoming a customer of Telekom but I need to know first if they are able to provide the set up support I need. 

I recently moved into a new apartment and as part of the set up, as well as setting up connection in the Kellar I also need help connecting the wires inside the DSL/ TAE socket in the wall. Currently it is disconnected from the plug. So even though I have the router ready, the wires inside my apartment wall are not attached to any sockets that the router can plug into. 

Vodafone technicians do not offer this service unfortunately. But if the technician from Telekom is able to do this, then I will switch right away. 

Please let me know if this support is available as part of the set up. Thank you!
