Email says fiber installation is cancelled, termin webpage says it will be today

Today I was supposed to have installation in my house, inspection was last week. I have this email from Telekom, just  today( I took as holiday for Termin…)

um den Glasfaser-Ausbau in Ihrer Region abzuschließen, arbeiten wir mit einem neuen regionalen Ausbaupartner zusammen. Aus diesem Grund können wir den ursprünglich mit Ihnen vereinbarten Termin leider nicht wahrnehmen. 

Wir werden baldmöglichst mit einem neuen Terminvorschlag auf Sie zukommen.
But on the appointment webpage, they will still come(https://termin.telekom.de/?my-code  ) 
I already lost over a month because of landlord consent  error by Telekom. And now, they probably cancelled my installation at the last second and cost me a leave day. Can anyone help me understand what is going on?

      It's written there!

      Obviously, the executing company is bankrupt or unavailable for some other reason. However, the new partner probably cannot take over the appointment so quickly

      I know! I am just frustrated because last minute cancellations, two different services telling me two different things, losing an annual leave day for nothing etc. My rant is over.

      life is not a bed of roses.

      I don't know if that's possible for you, but after receiving the email this morning I would have just driven to work despite being on vacation?!

      The vacation day can possibly be credited

      Hi @Mck89,

       

      if you want to, I can give you a call and, after a short verification, that it is your contract, have a look into the system, to see what is going on.

      But I do not think, that it will be of much help and right now I would only be able to tell you, what the mail said.

      But give me a wink if you want the call anyway.
