Fiber not active – technician says basement fiber box is connected to another building

Hello Telekom Team,

I had a fiber installation appointment recently.

The technician installed the fiber outlet (Glasfaser-Dose) in my apartment and completed the splicing.

However, he explained that my connection could not be activated because the fiber in the basement ( GF-AP ) is incorrectly connected or assigned to another building.

He mentioned that this issue has to be fixed first, and a new appointment can only take place afterwards.

I haven’t received any update or timeline for when this basement issue will be resolved or when a new appointment can be scheduled.

Could you please check the status of my installation and let me know when I can expect the connection to be completed?

      Got the email and went through every step and I'm happy to report that now fiber is working. Thank you for your continuous help during these weeks.

      One last thing, could you please cancel the automatic renewal of the hotspot I was using, I can send it back since I will not need it anymore.
