Technician says internet is not possible

Hello, I have initiated a contract with Telekom a few weeks ago and still am no closer to getting internet at my apartment. A technician was supposed to come by yesterday but never came. I called the Telekom store who then called the technician and it was reported that internet is not possible at my address. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! I have seen Telekom technicians at my building and all my neighbors have Telekom internet! Please help us, we have been struggling to get internet at this apartment since August

thank you for the frendly conversation we had on the phone.
As mentioned then, I managed to set a final installation date on the 27th October and will keep an eye on the order until the line is working.
Also, I'm looking forward to your feedback around that day, to make sure everything's fine for you, too.
I'll now send the confirmation of the order via email right away.

The technician came, but unfortunately, I have the wrong equipment at my house. I need to rent the proper modem/router.
