Hello, I have initiated a contract with Telekom a few weeks ago and still am no closer to getting internet at my apartment. A technician was supposed to come by yesterday but never came. I called the Telekom store  who then called the technician and it was reported that internet is not possible at my address. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! I have seen Telekom technicians at my building and all my neighbors have Telekom internet! Please help us, we have been struggling to get internet at this apartment since August
