Telekom technician stopped my internet conection

Hi, a technician from Telekom came to my neighbor on 16.12.2021 to repair the internet connection. After the technician changed something in the main panel, my internet connection stopped, I informed the technician that he had made a mistake and that he needed to fix it but he refused and left. In 16.12.2021 i wrote to Telekom on watsapp, the person who answered me lied to me that he was sending a technician on 18.12.2021. I know he lied because I didn't get a text message on my phone with the appointment confirmation. On 17.12.2021 Person from Telekom contact to ask me if in 18.12.2021 tehnician can come, i said yes. On 18.12.2021 he informed me that the "scheduling" no longer takes place. He made another appointment on 12/21/2021, did he lie again? I don't believe it anymore, although this time I received the confirmation message. It is not first Time When a Telekom technician  stop my internet connection and then left and i had to wait until somebody come to repair it. It is this something usual to Telekom? Sending tehnician to stop internet connection Without a reason? Then send them again to fix it?
