Technician did not show up

I waited for technician from 11:30 on 9/12/2022 for appointment scheduled between 12 and 18:30. Technician says her rung my bell and called so my appointment was canceled because there was no answer. I took a walk to the shop where I signed up to find out what the issue was. The technician was given a number that was entered incorrectly in the Telekom system. How is it my responsibility to pay for another call when I was home, bell is working and the sales person who signed me up for the contract typed my cellphone number incorrectly?
