English Support Needed: Price Glitch on Wolfenbüttel Fiber Megadeal

Hello Telekom Hilft Team,
I am looking for English-speaking assistance to finalize a new Fiber order for my current home in Wolfenbüttel. I want to book the "Glasfaser Megadeal" before the January 31st deadline.
The Issue: The availability checker correctly shows Fiber 300 for €45.95 (permanent discount) for my address, but the checkout cart incorrectly reverts to the standard price of €50.95.
I would like to lock in this promotional rate now for a November 2026 start date (when the fiber construction in my building is expected to be completed).
My Order Details:
Status: Already living at the address.
Tariff: Glasfaser 300 (Megadeal Promotion)
Rate: €19.95 (Months 1-3), then €45.95 permanently.
Provisioning Fee: €0.00.
Router/Modem: None
Desired Start: November 2026.
My address and mobile number are saved in my community profile under "Weitere Informationen."

Hello Jonas,
To clarify: I am not a current Telekom customer. I am with Vodafone and have never had a Telekom contract before. I am a completely new customer for this address.
Regarding the phone call: I would like to have the details worked out in writing first and then if we still need to speak on the phone briefly we can set a time for that as well.

thank you for the screenshots. I was able to reproduce the process. The website https://www.telekom.de/netz/glasfaser-megadeals is available to everyone, and the prices are always displayed there, no matter who accesses the site. However, this offer is only valid in selected areas. If you click on the button below the plans and enter your address, it'll be checked whether you can benefit from these prices. Unfortunately, your address is not located in one of the eligible areas. This is why, as shown in the last screenshot, the Megadeal prices from the website are not available to you. I kindly ask for your understanding.
