I am looking for English-speaking assistance to finalize a new Fiber order for my current home in Wolfenbüttel. I want to book the "Glasfaser Megadeal" before the January 31st deadline.

The Issue: The availability checker correctly shows Fiber 300 for €45.95 (permanent discount) for my address, but the checkout cart incorrectly reverts to the standard price of €50.95.

I would like to lock in this promotional rate now for a November 2026 start date (when the fiber construction in my building is expected to be completed).

My Order Details:

• Status: Already living at the address.

• Tariff: Glasfaser 300 (Megadeal Promotion)

• Rate: €19.95 (Months 1-3), then €45.95 permanently.

• Provisioning Fee: €0.00.

• Router/Modem: None 

• Desired Start: November 2026.
