Status on Fiber Optic - English Support

I requested a Fiber Optic connection for my new apartment (Order Number: xxx-xxx-xxx) and I was supposed to get the modem shortly and do the activation myself. My apartment already has the socket from Telekom. Can someone please call me in English so I can understand the status and next steps?
